Returns / Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your item(s) please contact us within 10 business days and we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange.
All body suits and accessories are final sale.
To start the return process, send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and which items you would like to return and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label which will be deducted from your refund amount. Buyers are responsible for shipping if they chose an exchange.
Refunds will be offered in the same form of payment used when you checked out. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear on the account. If refund is still delayed, we suggest reaching out to your bank.
If you requested an exchange, we will offer store merchandise credit in the amount of the item purchased. Buyer is responsible for return shipping to us.
We suggest tracked shipping for all packages. We are not responsible for lost/delayed packages. Once we receive the package we will email you to let you know. If for whatever reason the refund or exchange is rejected, we will return to buyer at their cost.
If it is a mistake on our end (we sent the wrong product/size) then we will correct without any cost to the buyer.
